Chop Suey de Ternera
Receta sacada del blog de Menorcana, y para hacerla aún más oriental la hemos acompañado de arroz basmati.
INGREDIENTES
- 2 Filetes de ternera
- 3 Zanahorias
- 1 cebolla pequeña
- 6-7 champiñones
- 50 gr. de salsa de Soja
PREPARACIÓN
- Cortar en juliana las zanahorias, la cebolla y los champiñones.
- Cortar en tiras los filetes de ternera.
- Poner en un wok el aceite y saltear a fuego fuerte, primero la cebolla, enseguida la zanahoria y por último los champiñones. Sacar del wok y reservar.
- En el aceite que ha sobrado de las verduras saltear la carne a fuego muy fuerte, lo justo para que pierda el color rosado, si vemos que suelta mucha agua se la quitamos. Añadir la salsa de soja y las verduras y saltear todo junto unos instantes.
